Ryan Lizza had become particularly successful in the past year, given his report of his interview with Anthony Scaramucci. In fact, that’s the interview that likely played a role in Scaramucci’s demise. So, given Lizza’s recent success, what is Ryan Lizza net worth and just how much wealth has Ryan Lizza accumulated.
Ryan Lizza attended private school at the Berkshire School in Massachusetts and went to college at University of California Berkley. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Lizza went on to work for “The Republic” and got knee-deep in investigative reporting, writing about Bill Clinton’s impeachment, the Florida recount, and presidential elections. Lizza quickly began contributing to other noteworthy publications, including the New York Times, The Atlantic, The GQ and New York Magazine.
But it wasn’t until Ryan Lizza began covering Obama in the 2008 presidential race that he began accumulating awards. Ultimately, in 2013, Lizza obtained a major journalism award at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner in 2013.
Additionally, Lizza’s publications also attracted controversy. For instance, he was said to have been excluded from Obama’s campaign plane when a negative cartoon about Obama came out in the New Yorker.
Still, it was Ryan Lizza’s article on Anthony Scaramucci that truly elevated his career to a new plane. An excerpt from the article:
“They’ll all be fired by me,” he said. “I fired one guy the other day. I have three to four people I’ll fire tomorrow. I’ll get to the person who leaked that to you. Reince Priebus–if you want to leak something–he’ll be asked to resign very shortly.” The issue, he said, was that he believed Priebus had been worried about the dinner because he hadn’t been invited. “Reince is a fucking paranoid schizophrenic, a paranoiac,” Scaramucci said. He channelled Priebus as he spoke: ” ‘Oh, Bill Shine is coming in. Let me leak the fucking thing and see if I can cock-block these people the way I cock-blocked Scaramucci for six months.’ ” (Priebus did not respond to a request for comment.)
Scaramucci also told me that, unlike other senior officials, he had no interest in media attention. “I’m not Steve Bannon, I’m not trying to suck my own cock,” he said, speaking of Trump’s chief strategist. “I’m not trying to build my own brand off the fucking strength of the President. I’m here to serve the country.” (Bannon declined to comment.)
So what is Ryan Lizza net worth?
Given that Ryan Lizza had already gone on to establish a more than 20 year career, won several prestigious journalism awards, and had established himself as Washington correspondent for a magazine as prestigious as the New Yorker, his net worth is estimated to be
