Ellen DeGeneres has won the Best Daytime talk Show Award amid toxic workplace allegations. According to sources, three senior producers from the show left last summer after allegations made by former staff about bullying and misconduct on the show’s set. The former staff members accused the producers of unfair dismissal, racism, and they perpetrated intimidation. However, Ellen apologized on her show. Despite the toxic workplace allegations, Ellen has won the People’s Choice Award for Best Daytime Talk Show. DeGeneres accepted the award at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica in California and was thankful to her staff for making the show a sensation.

Toxic Workplace Allegations 

Earlier this year, social media users and some former employees of The Ellen DeGeneres Show accused her of being mean, according to media sources. The show was hitting the headlines that three senior producers made sexist remarks and created a toxic work environment, and no one stood against raw and rude behavior. Later on, the host of the show Ellen DeGeneres apologized on her show, and she said that the things she has learned shouldn’t have happened in the first place. However, the authenticity of the claims hasn’t been verified yet. It was great of her to be humble for apologizing for anything that happened on the show’s set. Now, Ellen DeGeneres has scooped People’s Choice Award for Best Daytime Talk Show.

Ellen DeGeneres has scooped the People’s Choice Award for Best Daytime Talk Show at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica in California amid the toxic workplace allegations made by former employees. Ellen said that she accepts the award on behalf of the show’s crew and other staff members. She further added that they are the ones who give 100% of them and have a strong commitment and dedication to making the show successful. She said that the staff members and crew made it possible to make the show happen.
