The owners are looking expecting more than $3 Million for the sprawling property. Katy has stayed at the luxurious property for one night.

Katy Perry stayed at the lavish boutique-style hotel in Buckland valley for her Bushfire relief concert. The hotel is now up for sale. Multiple concerts were going to be held to help the affected communities due to the bushfire, but all of them were canceled, and then everyone knows what happened. Her stay was memorable not only for the Hotel owners but for the local community as they have enjoyed her ferocious performance. However, now the hotel has been listed for sale, and the owners are expecting $3 Million to $3.5 Million.
