According to the Sunday Times, the decision of refusing Prince Harry to lay the wreath is because he is no longer the working member of the royal family. In September, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle signed a multi-year contract with Netflix through which they are going to produce exclusive visual content. With Netflix, the royal couple is planning to make documentaries on children’s programming and nature. However, Meghan Markle is not looking forward to resuming her acting career any time soon.

The duke and duchess are spending a luxurious life at this relaxing property that was constructed back in 2003. As per the statements and inside sources, the courtiers and palace officials decided not to include the wreath from Prince Harry along with the ones from other royal family members. The reason given behind denying his request as per the sources is that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are no longer active members of the institution.
