The View’s Joy Behar has arguably received the most attention she ever has to date after she criticized a Miss America competitor for a monologue she dedicated to hard-working nurses such as herself.
We’re wondering whether or not she has enough money to hide herself in, because social media has expressed such serious outrage that several advertisers have even pulled sponsorship of The View.
In it’s 19th season, The View has struggled for viewership for some time now. This season, it attempted to freshen up its image by replacing and adding in different co-hosts. One of those additions is Joy Behar, returning to her role after a brief hiatus.
She originally left the show after a long tenure of 16 years in 2013. The show’s latest controversy has happened after her only being back for a couple weeks.
She’s also been in several motion picture roles and on numerous other small screen shows, helping to contribute to her well-known name even off The View.
The ladies with the longer tenure reportedly earn an annual salary of millions, so Behar likely is to earn around $2,000,000 a year for her work with the view.
At 72-years-old, we think she’ll be set if she’s forced into an early retirement.
