Vanessa Hudgens House Sold For Whooping $3.2 Million
Vanessa Hudgens is house is sold… Cha-ching! Vanessa Hudgens has made some cool change for a house she bought as a teenager, with the money she earned from the High School Musical franchise. Two months after putting her Studio City home on the market, the actress has found a buyer who is willing to pay millions for it, $3.2 million to be exact.
Vanessa Hudgens House Sold – Price Less Than Asking Price ($3.9 Million)
Even though $3.2 sounds like a lot of money, High School Musical alum accepted a price that is 20% below the original asking price of $3.9 million. Don’t worry though; she still managed to make a profit. She purchased the house for $2.75 almost 11 years ago, when she was still a bright-eyed teenager dating the then pin-up boy and co-star Zac Efron.
The house is a Mediterranean style home crossing 5,200 square feet and is built atop a street-level three-car garage; it boasts six large bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, including a luxurious ensuite. Her former house also has a raised porch and foyer that heads into the formal living and dining rooms, with a stunning fireplace separating the two.
Sounds like a house of dreams, doesn’t it? Most of us can only dream of buying a property as stunning as this one. Sorry to burst your bubble, but a teenager initially purchased the house, and the worldly 30-year old Hudgens has moved on to something bigger and better.
Want to know more about Vanessa Hudgens house? We’re giving a fair warning though; it gets dreamier and dreamier. The formal living and dining rooms have access to a gorgeous backyard, with a modern open floor planned kitchen leading to the dining room, which in turn leads to the family room with another fireplace and media equipment.
There is a staircase of wrought iron and wood leading to the second level, with the second level featuring an office space which can also be converted to another bedroom. With five bedrooms, why would she need another room for guests? Ah, the life of the rich and famous.
The second floor also boasts several other guest bedrooms, each with custom-tiled bathroom with balcony access. Yes, you need to step outside basking in the California glory after taking a bath in the large bathtub.
The upper floor also has a ‘two-way fireplace which divides a small (define small?) sitting room from a bigger bedroom in the master that spills out to a private loggia.
What else does this celebrity house have? Since we have no idea who purchased the multi-million-dollar property, we’re going to keeping calling it the Hudgens house, because let’s be real, this is what it’ll always be referred to. Other magical aspects of this home include a black-walled home theater with a large-screen projection system.
The Hudgens house also has a hidden panic room and a terraced backyard which is chiseled into the steep hillside of Beverly Hills. Lastly, but certainly not the least there is a covered patio, plus a built-in barbecue and a swimming pool and spa.
