    Vanessa Hudgens is house is sold… Cha-ching! Vanessa Hudgens has made some cool change for a house she bought as a teenager, with the money she earned from the High School Musical franchise. Two months after putting her Studio City home on the market, the actress has found a buyer who is willing to pay millions for it, $3.2 million to be exact.

    Vanessa Hudgens House Sold – Price Less Than Asking Price ($3.9 Million)

    Even though $3.2 sounds like a lot of money, High School Musical alum accepted a price that is 20% below the original asking price of $3.9 million. Don’t worry though; she still managed to make a profit. She purchased the house for $2.75 almost 11 years ago, when she was still a bright-eyed teenager dating the then pin-up boy and co-star Zac Efron.

    The house is a Mediterranean style home crossing 5,200 square feet and is built atop a street-level three-car garage; it boasts six large bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, including a luxurious ensuite. Her former house also has a raised porch and foyer that heads into the formal living and dining rooms, with a stunning fireplace separating the two.

    Sounds like a house of dreams, doesn’t it? Most of us can only dream of buying a property as stunning as this one. Sorry to burst your bubble, but a teenager initially purchased the house, and the worldly 30-year old Hudgens has moved on to something bigger and better.

    What else does this celebrity house have? Since we have no idea who purchased the multi-million-dollar property, we’re going to keeping calling it the Hudgens house, because let’s be real, this is what it’ll always be referred to. Other magical aspects of this home include a black-walled home theater with a large-screen projection system.
