    Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger has sold his Greenwich home. The main house stretches upon 13,344-square-foot, and it sits upon 22 park-like acres. The mansion hit the market, last September and the asking price was $47.5 Million. The mansion boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with three-half baths. The mansion was built in 1939 for real-estate magnate Charles V. Paterno. Later on, it became home to Joseph H. Hirshhorn.

    The mansion was also once owned by US Ambassador to Morocco. The mansion’s summer entrance gives a touch of a flower-arranging room, which was once home to Mrs. Hilfiger’s vase collection. The mansion also comes with a meat locker with cold storage. The mansion is still including part of the original farmhouse; it dates back to 1775, and throughout the years’ several renovations have taken place. There have notable renovations taken place at the mansion, and the latest one was overseen by Allan Greenberg, who is a classical architect. There are sprawling lawns at the mansion, along with English Garden and old stone walls. The mansion also boasts a pool, several guest quarters, a tennis court, and there are some equestrian facilities. It includes a barn with six stalls. There’s also a riding ring and three paddocks. However, now Tommy Hilfiger has snapped up $45 Million after his selling off his Greenwich Mansion.

The mansion is lavish and luxurious and has all the amenities that everyone expects. The property was formerly known as Denbigh Farm and was snapped up by Tommy Hilfiger for $8.5 Million. The mansion dates back to the 1700s and has all the trappings of a grand Greenwich estate. The interior of the mansion is lavish, and it also comes with a banquet-size dining room. There’s also hand-painted Chinese wallpaper on the walls. The listing agent said that wallpaper was inherited from Joseph Verner Reed, Jr.
