    Tommy Hilfiger and his wife Ocleppo purchased the Connecticut mansion for $47.5 Million. Following the purchase in 2010, the couple spent three years renovating the home. The mansion was listed on the market three months ago, and the demand was $47.5 Million. The luxurious home features French turrets. The mansion spans 22 acres, and the main house is constructed on more than 13,000 sq. ft. The house sold after showings, and there offers in a short stint on the market. The mansion has landmark status. Tommy Hilfiger and his wife are moving to Palm Beach, Florida, after selling off the mansion.

    Tommy Hilfiger, in an interview, said that they went to every doorknob for the renovations. The main house stretches itself on massive 13,344 sq. ft. and comes with six bedrooms. The house is situated at a comfortable commute from New York City and gives a view of the New York skyline and Long Island Sound. The stained-glass panels give a church-like atmosphere. However, the mansion is 80-years old but has a modern touch and comes with a home theater. The house also has a wine cellar and tasting room. There’s a separate guest cottage to accommodate the guest. The homes come with a gym area, and there‘s plenty of space to fill it with the equipment. There is also a cozy fireplace in the master bedroom with a balcony. It is undoubtedly a classic yet modern mansion that everyone would love to live in.

    Tommy Hilfiger and his wife listed their Connecticut Mansion in September. In a short stint, the house has been sold off. The couple is moving to Florida. However, the expansive renovations, which they made almost seven years ago, have truly added extra glimmer to the mansion. The mansion also comes with decorative water fountains and a pool to cool down in summer. Tommy snapped the home back in 2010 for $31.4 million. While speaking to Architectural Digest, Tommy’s wife said living in this home has a feeling of English Countryside.
