The Telluride property spans over 320 acres, including a dirt bike and a snowmobile track. It also includes a network of trails for hiking. The mansion comes with sports-oriented amenities and is perfectly befitted for a complete action star. The mansion has returned to the market, and Tom is planning to offload the property. It is not the first time that Cruise is willing to offload the estate.

It could be a reason that Tom is going offload the property. It’s been seven years that the actor tapped a real estate agent, and the asking price was $59 Million. Although, the mansion was not publicly listed at that time. The property is tucked behind an end of a gated mile-long driveway. A forest of Aspen trees also surrounds it. The estate is a few minute’s driveways from downtown Telluride.
