The townhouse has been sold in a private deal, and the buyer’s identity isn’t disclosed yet. The couple has undoubtedly made a sizeable profit. It is all due to their recent sale. The couple owned the townhouse at Charles Street. Sarah and Matthew’s townhouse stretches itself on 4,182 square feet and encompasses three stories.

It is not the first real estate move by Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick West Village townhouse over the last few years in New York. The couple also bought two townhouses at West 11th Street in 2016, and it cost the couple around $34.5 million. They combined the townhouses for converting them into a big mansion. The couple is married for 23 years and lives together with no differences, which is quite uncommon in Hollywood. They also share three children. Sarah and Matthew were set to star in the Broadway revival of Plaza Suite beginning in April 2020, but the project was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is expected that the revival will take place in 2021, and it depends on when Broadway opens back up.
