    Russel Wilson spends megabucks on his fitness. Wilson has revealed that he spends $1 Million a year to keep his body in shape. He has revealed the fact in Bill Simmons’ The Ringer podcast. Wilson further added that he has a full-time personal trainer, Decker Davis and he travels with him everywhere. The 31-year-old athlete also said that he had hired a full-time massage person and two chefs. He had a full performance team to help him maintain his physique. He has also hired a full-time physical therapist and a person who tracks Russell’s performance and keeps a check on him. Wilson is doing this all for the last five to six years. Wilson also said that he has a hyperbaric chamber, which helps him to inhale more oxygen.

He is also getting the treatment from a hyperbaric chamber three to four times a week. Russell said that he has a goal of playing until 45, he needs to keep his body in shape. However, Wilson is truly paving the way for himself to stay fit and healthy.
