Initially, they tied the knot in the wedding ceremony and later on upheld cultural traditions and wed at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India. The couple also held a colorful Mehndi ceremony. Over there, they elaborate Hina designs on their hands. There were also performances in honor of the couple.
