The comedian Chelsea Handler listed her Los Angeles home for $10.5 Million. The mansion stretches itself on 5,572-square-foot. The house also boasts six bedrooms. Handler has finally offloaded her longtime home in the L.A. Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland tackled the listing. The star announced that she had sold her house in an Instagram video. The comedian also joked about “old Chelsea” and the “new and improved Chelsea” in the video. She said that the New Chelsea had sold the mansion because the old one was getting too comfortable. The main suite is upstairs, and there’s an attached terrace with it, along with a dressing room and a walk-in closet. The bathroom comes with marble tiles. There’s also a steam shower and infrared sauna. There are five additional five bedrooms, and one of them is used as a gym. There’s a full outdoor kitchen and pizza oven as well, along with a meditation garden, parking for four cars, and walking tracks, as per the listing. In 2019, the Architectural Digest released a home tour, the house was put on display, and each room was showcased. She also highlighted the upgrades that the home has gone through, along with her design choices. She is living in the mansion since 2010, and it was the first home she bought. She has made several changes to the architect and boasted indoor and outdoor living space.
