He was a football star at Polytechnic High School. Back in 2002, he was accused of rape by her classmate and was in strict custody parole for almost five years. But later on, in 2012, the accuser admitted that she made up a fake story. Afterward, Brian started his football career. He then played for United Football League. He also joined several camps with NFL teams and then, later on, he signed with Atlanta Falcons. Banks is native of California and for that reason he attended Long Beach Polytechnic High School.
