The most expensive house for sale just dropped $50,000,000 in price- and it's title of most expensive is still untouched.

Billionaire real estate tycoon Jeff Greene is selling his Beverly Hills mansion for an asking price of $145,000,000.

The house is so nice, as you would expect from such a price tag, that it has its own name- Palazzo di Amore.

The mansion sits on 25 acres and the main house is 35,000 square feet, to give you an idea of the kind of epic proportions $145,000,000 will buy.

In predictable fashion, the house is equipped with every luxury you could ever want but probably never thought you'd need- a couple of beautiful pools, every athletic facility on the planet, a home movie theater with what looks to be the comfiest seating ever made to name a few.

We just have one question for Greene before we can consider making the purchase. In the photo galleries of the home, a lovely wine cellar filled to the brim with bottles is shown. Are those bottles in included?
