The Selma director has placed his Hollywood Hills mansion on the market for sale at a price of $2.47 Million. The house spans over 3,600 sq. feet. However, she purchased the property in 2017 for $1.9 Million. The mansion was built 60-years ago. The interior of the lavish home comes with white walls, recessed LED lighting, large glass doors, and hardwood floors. The house has gone through two major renovations in the 1980s and 2000s.

Ava has now planned to sell her Hollywood Hills mansion. She has listed the home for sale at a whopping price of $2.47 Million. The celebrity had also purchased a property in Los Feliz last year in 2019.
