The Ocean Drive mansion once home to legendary designer Gianni Versace is now a boutique hotel.

Situated in South Beach, Miami, the mansion, nicknamed Casa Casuarina, was sold in September, 2013 for $41.5 million.

The house was on the market for more than a year. The sale is slightly disappointing considering the original listing price of $125 million. The deceased designer bought the neglected three-story, Mediterranean-style home in 1992 and spent $33 million dollars renovating the home originally built in 1930 by Standard Oil heir Alden Freeman.

Guests can live exactly like Versace, if they’re willing to pay the price — the former designer’s bedroom, The Villa Suite, is 1,174 square-feet with a nine-foot double king-size bed. the hotel also features a 54-foot mosaic-tiled swimming pool lined in 24-carat gold, 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread across 23,000-square-foot property.
